We're all calling it hilarious, but it's actually a lot more sad (and potentially dangerous). This is a president (though seemingly not democratically elected) of a country with a population of over 41 Million!

I hate to sound racist, and I would truly like to believe that I am not, but I find it scary that certain cultures seem to be open to an alternative set of facts (which is why I also referenced the ANC speech by the South African Rebbetzin). @TimT Can you help us with a link?

Seemingly he asked 3 times. From certain accounts, it also seems to be that there might have been more than one smoker there.

TBH. There seems to be an uptick in our crowds, after years of decline.

The worst part is the gall to smoke in a public event (where I think it might be even legally forbidden) and refuse to comply with a request (the guy was probably sure MBD wouldn't follow through on his threat).
