Did you watch the video?
They very clearly mentioned that this was discussed with many rabbonim, and they were following rabbinical guidelines and they did not talk to the camera at any point.
I'm sure there's various opinions on it though.

AFAIK there is no heter if you know you are being videoed.

These heterim are only given when its Lo Niche Lei.
Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach and Rav Ovadia Yosef both hold that it is permitted to walk in an area where there is a surveillance camera because a person doesn’t benefit from the being videoed by the surveillance camera and thus qualifies as a psik reisha d’lo nicha lei which is permitted for a d’rabanan prohibition.

However, Rav Elyashiv held that walking in the Kotel Plaza on Shabbat is forbidden since one does benefit from the added security with the surveillance cameras and as such it isn't considered an unintentional action.

There was either chillul shabbos or this was all staged (although it may have been dirabbonon). I found at least 2. There are other things leading me to say it is staged as well.

Did you watch it? Keep your eyes open. I did not have sound so I do not know if they said any brochos etc.
I found it because of one thing that glared out at me that made no sense for a shabbos table.

If you're referring to the candles - the maid put them out before she left.
