To explain the joke, it's a funny video with someone calling to offer a service that a non-Jew will come to you on Shabbos and tell you the news. They have different levels of "rabbinical supervision" for the different price packages. The highest one is a "real Goy", who has a certificate that his father's father's father was also a Goy, etc.

I don't know if this was previously posted on DDF. @CountValentine and others might get some education from it. I feel it's decently balanced, though there are some details that he gets incorrectly (most are inconsequential, but I don't recall seeing that the Rebbe ever advocated for prayer in public schools, only for a moment of silence. Maybe I am too young and there was something earlier about prayer that I'm unaware of. The Rebbe definitely held that connection to religion and prayer is more effective in reducing crime and having a better society, than imposing punishments).
