Many details may be accurate (I know someone that was negotiating regarding the price and it was in that range, and the owners always told me they can't make a profit with Hilton running it),

That could just mean papers weren't signed yet and someone leaked it early.

True- but they have been in talks with many ppl before and these deals can fall apart easily before it is signed

what does Jewish have to do with anything? If the hotel is at full occupancy they are compensated at the daily rate. If not then whatever money they are getting from Hilton is a bonus as the room would have been empty. The only thing I could think of is maybe due to lots of complaints after stays and they had to pay out for compensation
