Where is this $60 figure coming from? Is that confirmed?

Why would point users rate the hotel worse? I've never seen data like that.

I doubt it's $60, though I don't have the #s. My guess is close to double that.

Lots of points users want to file complaints to get their points back so I can see that being true. Though obviously I dont have any stats

Nearly every good corporate rate I've ever tried at other hotels have blackout dates.
Extremely minimal blackout dates. You probably haven't seen many rates that aren't valid in July/August for example.

The reimbursement rate from the brand to the hotel is minimal, but it is based on a sliding scale based on the hotels ADR in the previous year.
Since I do not know WAJ's exact adr, it is just an educated guess based on my experience as a hotelier.

You can take a poll, I don't want to be judgmental Chas vshalom, but the reality is people who come in using points ( esp frum jews) expect more, complain more, and in general have there expectations to high.

Tons and tons of point stays( remember after about 2,500 Hilton reimburses the adr regardless of occupancy.
Can you elaborate on this?

Have any examples of what the reimbursement is as a percentage of ADR?
