300 is a bit pricey though
VZW.com has a $100 trade-in rebate.
Droid Bionic is confirmed for 09/08.Galaxy S2 is cancelled as it did not have 4G. $299 with a 2 year from VZW is my guess.Samsung Celox and/or Nexus Prime are rumored to be coming by October with 4G and look insane. Stay with Centro for another month or settle for Droid Bionic? Hmm...
Very positive Droid Bionic review via Cnet: http://reviews.cnet.com/smartphones/motorola-droid-bionic-verizon/4505-6452_7-34468463.htmlhttp://reviews.cnet.com/8301-19736_7-20102230-251/motorola-droid-bionic-officially-hits-verizon-sept-8-for-$300/
so dan u gonna go for it?
Gonna wait a week for users to test it out and then I'll decide. This looks very intriguing: http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-20103417-1/costco-to-sell-droid-bionic-bundle-for-$279.99/I wonder if there's a way to combine the Costco deal with the $100 trade-in rebate.
amazon has it for 250
Sure, but look at all the accessories Costco gives you (besides 90 days returns) for $279 with a 2 year contract:-Standard dock-Vehicle navigation dock-Battery charger dock-Extra battery.-Leather case-Car charger
Engadget review with pics of standard dock and vehicle nav dock: http://www.engadget.com/2011/09/08/droid-bionic-review/"The Bionic is a great choice for right now, the best combination of wireless and device speed that we've yet seen on Verizon. For that reason alone it's a smart purchase -- particularly if you've been hanging on to that OG Droid for months and months waiting for a phone like this to come along. But you should know that this isn't a world-conquering device, the kind of thing that will leave you walking tall and proud for months and months to come. If you're okay with that, then buy with confidence."Hmm...settle down with it or wait for the rumored Nexus Prime?
Hmm...settle down with it or wait for the rumored Nexus Prime?
I am getting the Bionic now and IF the Nexus Prime actually does come out in a month, I can always return my bionic to Costco and upgrade to the Prime... right?
