the box looks heavy but is really more bulky then heavy and it is fairly simple to put together
i picked mine up but it is still showing as ready for pickup so who knows i may get refunded

The futon was 55 and I bought it together with the chaise, they have me 10% off the whole order so it ended up as $10 off

I didn't chat for the 10% off, I chatted to find out where it is and they threw it in

Picked up the rocker and the table and the table this morning.

Lady said the same as others have reported here "seems like it's xmas time, the freight trucks keep coming in, i wonder whats going on online"
she then proceeded to tell me that my things were still on the truck because there was no more room in the warehouse and I followed all the way through the store (it's huuuge) to the back where the trucks are. I waited like 15 mins for her and the picker to come back and the picker happened to be really nice, helped me load it into the car.

All in all I can't believe it worked out and for a total of $17 got a 5' table and rocker I think this will go down as one of the best deals ever at least for me. Thanks guys!

PS. I was concerned about the size of the rocker and fitting it into the car, but it was actually the table that gave me more trouble, I didn't realize that a 5' round table even folded in half is still 5' so with help from the picker I had to lay it across the whole back of the car on top of the seats:

As an aside, A friend of mine who does business with that store tells me that it is the busiest store in the world. Rumored to do $240MM a year. 28 registers open from 8am to midnight.

Haha, that's how it looks in most dept stores. Ever see costco on a sunday afternoon? The burlington coat factory in the bay harbour mall?

I was there yesterday at 11am. It was backed up 4 deep at each register. Insane.
