The $99 Shure SE 215's are pretty wicked IEM's. You can buy them with an attachement that adds mic and remote capabilities to it. Keep in mind that quality headphones and a built-in mic are usually mutually exclusive.

In my opinion I spend even $100 on a good pair .. But the warranty from staples ... For $9.95 and honestly no matter what price they are if u use them often they are somewhat not working well .. And they don't give me an issue returning it
Which I then buy anther pair with the warrant again

There are plenty of excellent options at that price range, it just depends on the sound signature you are looking for.
