Not wireless
You can actually buy a piece called the airmod Bluetooth adapter for bose qc25, and they turn this model Bose into a wireless version. Check it out on Amazon. It costs 69.99 I believe. The adapter blends in with the headphones and looks amazing. The only real issue with the adapter is that it charges through the headphone jack, so every tinge you wasn't to charge it, you have to take it off the headphones.

I need some input.

For over a decade, I've been using earphones with soft inserts. Initially, I've been using the standard Sony or Panasonic $10-20 wired pairs, and the last few years, I've been using the Sony bluetooth ones (with a wire that connects the two ears) that were on DDMS for $18.

I don't like airpods, as the smooth earpiece slides out of my ears, but I assume the pros would be great. I've never gotten them because I was happy with the Sony ones.

Question now is: Should I take advantage of the current deal and get pros, or if I'm basically happy with the Sony ones (the wire could be a little annoying at times), I should just stay with those?

I'm also scared that I'll lose the airpods, or always have the fair of losing them mar my enjoyment of what they have to offer. Now, if I lose my earphones, I can just order another one for $18 or so.

The pros are great but the sound is not much better, and the Sony have a better battery life.

Thanks! The deal just died, so I was expecting someone to chime in now and say "grab it."  :D

Airpods pro or Bose QuietComfort Noise Cancelling Earbuds?

Both are on sale on DDMS, for $189 and $199, respectively.

Recommendations, and the key differences?

I had the Bose Soundsports, and the Pros blew them out of the water. I'm far from an apple enthusiast, but the Pros are one of the best products on the market. 2 particular features that put them above most others: each airpod is a independent device, so you can use either one, or both independently. My Bose had a dominant and slave, so you could never use the left one without the right, and phone calls were only heard through the right. Second is the noise cancellation. I'v only used them with an iPhone (not mine!) but I believe the same level is available for non iPhone users. To me both of those are hard to find on any pair of earbuds.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Did Bose get this memo? Still probably would go for airpods, one of the few things apple has done right.

They really are. I rag on apple any chance I get, but I'll give credit where credit is due.

I have a flip phone. No, I don't get spatial sound or the other features, but the different modes work regardless of which device it's connected to.

Aside from the connection being easier, is it any different than with iPhone?
