Different headphones. Yours are much pricier, but I got them (probably the same place you did) and they're not worth anywhere near $200 IMHO.

guys just make sure that u actually get the product; i ordered once (recently) from tigerdirect, a full month later i still never received the item. when i called them they said they were out of stock, and i cant get it!! they never thought about notifying me!!! (i got my $$ back, but not worth the hassle)

Theres isn't much of a hassle here...with the rebate its basically free
