Didn't know the Pajamas were such a big deal, I've had a couple pairs for the last 2 months from the SFO-TLV flight. I like the pajamas a lot with their dark blue classy look and comfortable feel and often wear them at home. Even the pants feel like "real" pajama pants.

Here's an update:
Just got off UA 85 which is the older 777-200 serviced by sCO. After sleeping most of the flight on the much wider/spacious seat (!) I went to the make a coffee in the back, and started to tell the FA about my experience with sUA.
Boy was she glad that they were not managing, "complain to united and maybe they'll give us back the route....". Soon all the others joined the convo, with the same attitude " those sUA don't know what their doing......"
They were all very upset that sUA took away this route from them.
"Why are you talking like that about your colleagues like that , you all work under one brand after all"?
" na, everyone knows its 2 separate airlines, and we are continental! "
"They have their own rules, and don't want to listen to our advice on how to do things, so its too bad on them" .......
And were very happy to hear that a travel blog with a large Jewish following wrote it up.

So Moishebatchy tells me that he prefers the 777-200 J seat over the 777-300.

Anyone disagree?

You have to wash them first and then send them back within 14 days

Together with the toothbrush, or that goes separately?

Similar to Moishebatchy, I was not originally booked on UA EWR-TLV Polaris. Originally, I was booked on TK via IST in J but decided to switch to LX via ZRH to arrive in Israel 10 hours earlier. According to the UA website, LX had 4 seats available so I switched, hit purchase and so I thought I was set not knowing it was phantom availability. Ultimately, UA sent me an email an hour later saying my ticket is unconfirmed with LX. To the UA line I called. The rep spoke to the supervisor who had to call their boss which more than made up for the screw up. After 30 minutes on hold while the supervisors were working the system, the awards desk opened 4 seats on the UA flight with my whole family in Polaris. Yeehaw, less layovers & getting in much earlier than originally planned. Looking forward!

More like non-existent. 😡😡😡

I started this thread using cellular internet as the plane was taking off, figuring I'd continue with the in-flight WiFi... turns out the WiFi wasn't working at all. :o

Ended up costing me dearly, too - for example, I was planning on WhatsApping the guy who was gonna pick me up from the airport, to tell him the new arrival time (2.5 hours later than planned)... since I wasn't able to, he showed up at the original time, and now I'm paying almost double for the transfer, since he had to make a second trip.

I'll try to get to all the questions shortly, but first, some pics:

I took UA 84, 777-200, and also had no Wi-Fi throughout the entire flight.

Has anyone had Wi-Fi with United in the past couple of weeks? United Wi-Fi may be down completely

When I flew UA both ways, twice in the last year.  WiFi was down all 4 flights.  Has anyone had successfully used United Wifi to TLV?

Yes, last week on UA 85.
