Doesn't look you have chase cards. How about the chase freedom unlimited?

Are you asking in terms of sign up bonus or general spend?

amex MR points cards have an offer that give 2x at home depot so if you are getting 2ppd and earning a signup bonus at the same time that can be pretty good.

other options is get a card with a spend bonus somewhere that sells home depot gift cards for example 5x at OSS and buy the HD card there or find a grocery store that sells them and buy them there.

Or you can just look to see how many signup bonuses you can get over 5k in spending spread across multiple cards.

Wouldn't think getting the points and then canceling your card is a good option with Amex, a bank which you hope to have a good relationship with for the foreseeable future...

Measure it exactly and bring your photo to Home Depot / Lowes.  I'm pretty sure I've seen such cabinet hinges there.

like mentioned your best option is to take off that cabinet hinge and taking it to a cabinet store or Home Depot Lowe's or try checking on the other side, there might be a number.
( Meaning once removed check the side you can't see when it's on the cabinet).
 Good luck.

And funny board to ask your q. 😉
