I ordered Beats earbuds from these people over 3 weeks ago (estimated 1-2 weeks delivery). I still haven't received a shipping confirmation, and my emails go unanswered. Is this normal? Has anybody else had such an experience with them?

+1, I ordered if as a Chanukah gift for my son. Emailed with no response!! They claimed it will be shipped out within 2 weeks from when I ordered on November 7th. I guess you get what you pay for. I hope they are real and not a knock-off as I lost confidence in this company.

Interesting. Aren't they owned by Amazon? They should be more reliable...

Totally forgot about those, thanks for reminding me. I haven't heard from them either.
Tip:  I now have a spreadsheet on which I list all my on-line purchases.  email used, site purchased from, total charged, Then I add when they've arrived.  So I don't lose things before I even get them.

Anybody get their Beats yet? My email said they'll come this Friday, but after seeing their level of efficiency (or lack thereof) in shipping them out, I'm not getting my hopes up.
Also interesting that when I try to track them at UPS it says info is not available. Did they just adopt a "Let's not ship and say we did" policy?

If I purchase an item from them on eBay, how long can I expect before they actually ship the item?
