This was an order even those who won't want to risk there money like the cups or purell which cost $30 or $12. Here for 15¢ I'm sure every ddf member went ahead and placed an order, whether they needed a pair of crocs or not.

1. Via chat, talk to first agent, ask for manager, ask for them to replace the item (helps a lot if its in stock from Amazon), more often then not you'll get generous comp or the item.
Obviously don't abuse too often, but Amazon PMs are the best. Have fun with a Crocs PM.
