There is a better chance when these mistakes happen during business days, because the orders go straight to the warehouse and gets packed and shipped before the administrators catch on. When it happens on a weekend, it gives the company a chance to catch and cancel all the orders.

This is very YMMV. They asked me to send back the one container of sanitizer in order to get a refund. I had to actually fight with them for ten minutes to agree to just refund me.

Right now I am chatting with Amazon and they are offering me squat for the case of cancelled cups I ordered last week.
