I used to always get this but last two times reps have become more stingy and not let both. Dk if its trend or ymmv

I am in the exact same situation. I always used to get credits and free months of Prime, but in the last couple months it seems that their attitude toward me has changed.

I have a feeling that accounts are "graded", and based on your grade they decide whether or not to offer you a consolation prize or to tell you to go take a hike.

Regarding today's order cancellations: a promo code was recently given to employees as a one-time use coupon that they could give to one friend or family member to celebrate our 15th anniversary. An error in the system allowed for it to be duplicated & shared today so we had to cancel all orders outside of the intended recipients'. It's been years since anyone actually wanted crocs. Now all the sudden they have ppl thinking that if it's cheap enough they can definitely use a pair. Also was wondering yesterday, at the $.15 price point were they even losing money on the product (not factoring in the free shipping)
