Here is my guess: they don't have a way to carpet-cancel all the $0.15 orders at once. If they did, they would have done so. A lot of the work is being done manually, not necessarily one order at a time, but various blocks of orders etc..

Because of this, I doubt that they are done cancelling orders and they will likely continue to do so throughout the day today. As with any price mistake, they will probably "skip" a few along the way and some people will get lucky, like the last Staples price mistake or the Lowe's price mistake from last year.

why do ppl have to complain? it was obviously a mistake. if they decide to honor it (which, in this case, they didnt), great. if not, ok we can all move on. why do we need to go complain
