I don't know how it works international, but domestic I get 2 bags, one because my Delta Amex and one because my status.

Booked a Delta Intl flight for August with January (2018) return through the Delta site. Did not use a Delta CC for the purchase.

Are there any ways to get a discount on extra bags for any of the flights? If there are known or expected seasonal deals or buy in advance (ElAl if you pay in advance it drops the second bag cost down) please let me know.

I believe a second bag would be discounted if you hold a Delta card.
