It's a template, and it isn't bad. No reason to beat on the OP IMHO.

I once considered making a complex version of this in MS Access (Excel on steroids), but never got around to it.

Can you get a program that'll also set reminders to call?

In MS Access (or even Excel) you can use VBA to add events to your outlook calendar with reminders.

I made a few enhancements to the spreadsheet.

Entering in a date in B will give you the rest of the dates.

You can change the formula in C,E,G & H to match your preference then drag it down to the rest of the cells.

Currently set as:
C - 4 days after B
E - 30 days after B
G - 360 days after B
H - 60 days after G

I'm surprised you didn't note the typo on the spreadsheet...  ::)

If you script in in VBA, you won't have to have all those weird dates for the empty lines....

Or for those that don't use VBA, in cell C2 enter "=IF($B2="","",$B2+4)"

That works too, at least it'll be neat. The good thing with BVA is that it'll work no matter how many rows/records you add.

I added one more column: "Spent this month."

I think that the more credit cards you use, the better it is for your credit. This will help remember which credit cards you already used, and which you still need to use.

BTW, if there's anyway to have a feature here like Google Doc's, where everyone can add their on additions, it would be amazing!

Just download the most recent one I attached, make your changes, and attach it to your next comment. The next person can download yours, edit, and reattach.

I made a couple changes and added conditional formatting for the Cancellation Date.
