k9 will sometimes (times out?) and will say that it can't reach the server so it just shows a generic k9 (error) page. Often a reboot will solve the issue, but it can get annoying (especially when you lotsa stuff running, and a reboot is impractical).

often k9 will block random websites e.g. youtube for no reason and it takes multiple attempts to resolve that issue, as a who;e k9 in theory works very well but practically it doesnt. ......just keep in mind u get wat u pay for!

Filtering is a separate program. You can have standalone monitoring and it will create a summarized report so you don't have to read through pages of websites

Pay attention, some of those sites/programs only filter for english words.

If you can manually add something to the filter, I would add the programs name, with in all its variations. Otherwise a search on google:"how to remove k9" would come in quite handy...
