Same day applications— no credit pull?

Applied for a citibusiness AA card this morning, DoC says business and personal citi will not be makpid on for their ⅛ rule. Wondering if I can apply for executive AA card now with same pull. I applied at about 12:50 this morning i think, but it may have been just after 1am. Is that considered same day? Anyone know what time is the “new day”?

I would think it's considered the same day.


Did not know personal+biz bypassed the 1/8 rule.

I guess ill give it a try cause if worst case scenario they probably just dont accept the application and not run the pull

Got declined, not sure if they pulled credit or not, will update. Rather have the business card than the executive card so not such a big deal.
