I logged in to my Amex account today and got an offer to apply for the Blue business Plus and get 50k miles for spending 15k in 12 months!

Yes, the BBP is a great biz card. 2X MR is tough to beat.

These are 2 different cards. The OP referenced the Amex Biz Blue which offers 2% cash back and currently has a $250 welcome offer which is cash back not points. There is also the Blue Business Plus which is the subject of this thread that offers 2MR point per dollar spent. That currently has a 15k MR opening bonus.

On Amex cashback cards you earn straight cash back not in the form of points and not transferable to points. However, the BBP card is a points earning credit card.
