It was advertised then as a special offer.. If someone refers you they can get 10k as well. So essentially once you have one you can refer your spouse and up with a 20k bonus.

If you are able to apply with the offer, you'll get it, just I assume the offer will disappear from most people when they log in.

Card member year. Just export your transaction history to Excel.

CMIIW, but it should be the begin date for the statement period associated with your card expiration date (if you haven't had your card replaced mid cardmember year).

As per doc if you or your spouse have a BRG you can refer one another using the new refer any card program, and get 30k per signup.
