Are you using the new website where it says 2x next to the transaction? I see it as well but my statement earned 1x.

I see it on the new website 2x and also in the summary I figured I received double the amount of points I spend I know about how much I spend ?

you see it in the actual MR activity detail page? I see it on my statement but my summary posts the points correctly.

My wife has the blue cash everyday card, and referred me to the business blue plus - but she never got the referral bonus. Should I call them, or is there a better option?

Definitely worth escalating, as they tend to hand out these bonuses even years later sometimes when they review their books. They only way that will happen is if you make them aware of the situation. It’s also always possible for a supervisor to manually credit. Last point to keep in mind is that unlike self referral, referring your spouse is perfectly legit, so no reason not to fight for it...

We have downgraded to this card last year and at that time they gave 0% apr on new purchases now it ended and the balance is around $4k and they say they cannot extend and no new offers now it would be very helpful in these times another 0% apr any ideas that can be helpful? TIA
