Letter to obama

Dear President Obama,

I am writing today with a somewhat unusual request. First and foremost, I
will be asking that you return America to its August 20th, 1959 borders so
that Hawaii is no longer a state and you are no longer a citizen.

haha nice, but it doesn't really make sense because Hawaii wasn't annexed as a result of conquest like the Sinai and Golan heights were. (it was conquered a long time before 1959, but the conquest had already been completed long before it attained statehood).

I am not saying that Israel is wrong to want to control the Golan heights and other territories that Obama would have them relinquish, but it isn't really an apt comparison.  The basis for Israel's right to those territories is the need/ability to self defend.
