It should show by mid July. Shuttles will usually be scheduled 2-6 weeks before departure.

Anyone know if there is an exact shuttle booking cutoff time? TEB-OPF is not bookable, but TEB-PDK and PDK-OPF are. Shuttle token is returned after flight takeoff, sometime before landing, and there is 1 hour between flights. Enough time to book?

Hawker 400xp TTB to IAD. I'll definitely pay attention to the token, I'm hoping to get on the flight back that night. Otherwise there's JetBlue and BA.

So does that mean that the out-and-back shuttle to IAD cannot be booked? The shuttle leaves at 12 and the return is at 1:45.

Yes, Friday shuttle will most likely not be bookable for return, by the time your token is returned.
