Just called them, and they reiterated what they had said in the email. Customer service is complete crap. Not news, but very true.

Apparently they aren't terminating my free trial... Just got a call from a rep trying to get me to purchase a membership, and I told him I was counting on trying it out with the pay as you go membership, and taking it from there. He encouraged me to do that, and left me his direct line and info for when I'm ready to take the plunge

Don't know, they sent me the email, I then received that call and they made no mention of the email. The account was working. I was told they cut it off this past Friday. If I was actually a prospective customer, they would get a big fat no from me. Why couldn't they just cut out new free trials, but allow those currently using them, to finish?

The Teterboro - Dulles Shuttle deal looks like a great way to try it out. 7:45 am to 5:45 pm, and worst case if you can't get on the return and there's no avios availability it's not too far to grab a cheap bus. Hopefully going to be giving it a go soon.
