Jerusalem hotel recommendations

Looking to stay in Jerusalem from June 26-28, going with wife and kids (2 toddlers and 1 infant)
Do you recommend any places to stay?
I was recommended to stay at the Citadel, and i found a deal from a travel agent for $600 for an Alcove room that fits 4.

You may want to consider the waj using certs.
