I got the VV (Aerosvit) via Kiev for 759, whoever wants to fly TLV - NYC, there is still availability for dates. Look on Kayak's site; on the right there is a calendar with dates and prices. When I search for tix to JFK it populates it. VV flies a few days a week, into USA inc Sun, Weds with short duration, like 15 hours each way. Check up your dates.

I got my sister a ticket on LY for 1086 and for my cousin on VV.

After I got the VV ticket, my friend emailed me about his bad VV experience. Their flight to YYZ was delayed 11 hours so flew via NY ...

I guess I should discuss this (what do I do if my flight - bought on Amex Plat - gets delayed and I miss the event I'm flying in for? I only have a couple hours leeway) in the proper thread.

I have a coach ticket JFK to TLV on Elal for 2 weeks from now.
I wont be able to travel and the travel agent as and elal have not been too helpful.
Is there anything that can be done with the ticket (change the name or get an elal credit)(i can change the dates for 200$ but as of now i dont have any plans and want to at least get it as credit)

Looking for ticket TLV-FCO non stop in the morning on 3/11. Best price is elal using a round trip is $359 from elal.com.

My other option is to use miles on AZ for 30k each for business plus $64 taxes.
