I would appreciate some general guidance. I originally wanted to purchase the following entirely with miles, until I was told that for the number of seats I needed, it would be impossible to find availability. So, next I figured I would just continue to build points, and then sell them and purchase the tickets. I currently have (combined between my wife and I):

United: 71k
US Air: 110k
American: 31k
Starwood: 93k
MR: 111k
UR: 160k
Lufthansa: 55k
BA: 51k

My questions are, 1) Is there one program (or a few) that I should concentrate on more than another to accomplish my goal? 2) What approximate prices can I expect to pay?
