1 - Is it legal in Israel to carry around Mace or Pepper Spray? (If yes, wouldn't that be a good idea to stop or slow down a stabbing attack?)

Yes, it's legal but the confiscate it at certain places such as the kosel and return it to you when you leave. The post office sells a pretty good one

Maybe around 150shek. its like a gun mace where the cartridge goes in the top and you spray it by pressing the trigger. It was designed by the Israeli police

I bought one at the Shefa post office. Dont know about other ones

i have traveled w pepper spray thru many countries n never got stopped
as long as you dont have tons of it, its not suspicious, especially if you put it in the lady's suitcase

Look, read the reviews for Sabre. For all I know Guard is as good, but I havent found any reviews.
