Most times JetDeals are from TMC or XOJ. If you want to confirm who the operator is when it's a different plane type in Deals or Shuttle, saw this from flyertalk today:

If you click into the empty leg and scroll down into the terms, you will see the operator listed in the text.

Someone on FT posted the T&C of the JetDeals, didn't notice this before and don't see it listed, it may be limited to certain charters.

That's why you travel in a group so they can't charge anyone specific since they don't know
