I don't know. But if you pass once I don't see why you wouldn't pass a second time if it would happen.

Did you pass? If not, you'll have to have docs to back your finances up to get back in.

I laugh when I read the blanket F/R threats here.
You can not compare one cardholder to the other.
One has higher credit score and the other has a lower spending pattern, one has a older relationship with Amex and the other has a lower reported income.
There are so many calculations involved that its impossible to know what would cause problems.
I personally know someone who was F/R'd after a simple charge of $200 at a supermarket, and I personally know someone who's literally screwing them each month with over $15k of suspicious activity and nothing happened.

I got fr'ed twice.

No, I had to send in a 4506T form. About a year ago I fr'd when applying and then they requested the 4506 form.

When signing up for a business CC, does the income you list have to be generated from the business or can you put household income?  Can it be yours and your spouses combined income?
