The cards are CLOSED as in "This account is cancelled. Remove the account from online account management"

this is bad i never had this before i know of  acc bean suspended not canceled

No. I did regular spending. Just had a mistake with a bank and my payment came back unpaid. But i immediately paid up my balance.

Shocker.  So sorry. 
What would be helpful to us is if you can glean any information from her as to WHAT you did, HOW you handled the account incorrectly, and WHAT needs to be done for you to have an account in good standing. 

Amex F/R likes to tell people that the US law states ...something about debt ratio...too much credit...etc.  Was this an issue during your summer F/R and perhaps they put you on probation without telling you?    Waiting to hear what she has to tell you.   Hatzlocho!

Ok, darn..just hung up without asking her the most important question - "so are my accounts OK now?"

Got told my accounts were under F/R, called the number, spoke to rep for 15 minutes, she asked me a bunch of questions about business and general, and then told me those were all the questions she had for me.

Seemed like everything was OK from the way she was talking, but just wanted to double check...

I have a friend who got FR'd. He has no income, his father filed for him last year. Can he just send in his fathers tax return?

Actually he is a smart guy when it comes to MS but he should stick to what he knows.

According to the wiki

In cases of a Financial Review after opening a Business Card, you will need proof of Business income.

Now I have a decent tax return but nowhere near what I claimed to be making & with no history of this business.

You're going to need proof for your business revenue, personal won't help.
IME they don't care about the lying as they will adjust the credit limit based on last years income.
