I passed an fr about a month ago, got my credit lines cut dramatically on all cards. Would applying for a personal plat now be a trigger for a second fr, unlikely to get approved, both, or neither? (I feel like a teacher offering a multiple choice test here)

Shortly after passing an f/r on a biz card (if was my first and only card) and getting my lines slashed I applied for spg biz and personal. Got approved for both. Biz card I was given a 3k limit (presumably based on my slashed cred from the f/r) but on the personal I got 20k.... Don't know if that's really an answer but at least it's a data point

An F/R manager told me that I wouldn't be up for another F/R for at least another year.  then again, I remember reading a few times that people were F/Red again just 2-3 months later. YMMV.

an fr manager once told me i would not be fr/d for the "same concern"

My last fr i got away with bank statements, so I'm concerned about triggering another one where i won't get away with that.

I don't know whats flying, nor does amex, keep getting routed between FR dept and Fraud, I would just ignore it, but it says the account will be cancelled in 15 days if the concern is not taken care of.


And charges are still going through on the card!!!!!!!! What in the world!!??

Can amex ask for Biz tax returns if the business is a sole proprietorship? (doesn't that go on a personal tax return anyhow?)

I think they can be, but also can be filed separately.
