I would say impossible. Im very bad at this over the phone. A long time ago i had success for 3k spg points. Since then nada. I tried a million times

i think it has more to do with what the computer algorithm says about you. longer history you have the card=harder to get free points ime

I think my friend may have mini-FR. His spending is not officially suspended but most purchases not going thorugh. He called in and was told there is "High security alert" on his account.
What can/should he do to prevent actual FR?

How can he get account back to normal?

If the fraud department tells me to contact the FR team but when I log into my account I don't see the red scary words that spending is suspended,  does that mean it's a mini FR or I'll eventually go into full FR.?

 I got fr'ed i have a few personal cards  and just opened a biz gold and biz platinum but I only  filed personal tax on which i have decent income should I cancel the biz cards or is there anyway I can get through this?

Tell them you have not yet filed business tax returns (say it's a new business..) and they should be fine with only personal returns. Worked for me.

I'm (actually a friend of mine) under FR I told the rep that  I haven't filed my tax return for 2015 yet (which I indeed haven't)  the rep asked me for the 2014 tax returns plus a letter that I've filed an extension for 2015,  I don't have such letter because I didn't file for an extension, my accountant says that it's too late to file for an extension.  What do I tell my rep?

Only mention business tax returns if asked about them, otherwise just send in your personal tax return.

The rep probably just wants to make sure that you are telling the truth that 2014 is the most recent return you have..

Maybe get a signed letter from the accountant stating this, and that you also have not filed for an extention?

just got the FR'D phone call not sure where to start probably from the new amex plat just oppened 100k
i make less then 10k on the books should i close some cards before i do asnything else?
