On line 3 of the 4506-T, it says name, address....
However, in the instructions, it just says "enter your current address"... and makes no mention of name.
Which one is it? TIA

No experience but I would say that usually a persons name is fairly constant so the Name part is self explanatory with no instructions (Enter your name where it says Name) needed.  Address is a little more ambiguous.  Where I live now, or where I lived last year when I last filed taxes?

Thank god im not under fr was just reading thru the thread a little and saw people were saying that so i was curious how it helps

Amex flagged me because I have 7cards with them and. I got flagged for having money sent back for a payment that bounced by accident an acct manager requested to review my acct  and tells me I need to give them a tax form to prove that I make enough money so they can minimize their risk when they lend me money the problem is that I am still single living with my parents and my father Might get nervous if I ask him to give me the tax returns to prove household income is there another way around this ?
Amex told me they will shut down my accounts  if I don't show them proper documentation thanks for your advice that you anyone may give

What did you tell them when they asked about your income? How much? If you said over 10k, you're probably toast already

They're not looking for household income. They're looking for personal income

You can put family income on applications but when amex does FR's they will only take your tax returns. Hopefully you'll be able to get away with bank statements but be prepared with a good reason as to why you don't have a tax return. Start reading through the thread that was quoted above.

Also can you tell me if I shut down my account before they officially suspend me will I get rewards points?meaning I have 75k pending on my gold rewards business acct and it did not post yet will it post next cycle if if I close my card today?also if I have small bank statements like 2.5k In Charles Schwab brokerage Acct and 1500 in  an Hsbc acct can that suffice to pass a financial review?? I have 7 cards 2delta 2 spg biz plat and gold biz  thank you Again
