yes and no
They'll still have a limit on the amount of credit they'll give you, (don't know for how long)

Does it make sense too have a missed call without a message from fr department but so far charges still going through.....should call in or ignore?

AFAF.
After shutting down my single Amex card a year ago when FRed I reapplied today, got a message to call, when I called they said I will hear back in 4-5 days. Online status checker says in progress still, anyone have any records of what this is?

AFAIK if your cards aren't declining you aren't being FR'ed

that means it's by the back[American] ‏team
chances are they'll ask you to fill out an IRS form

It's not being declined. I just don't have a legit biz and don't want to speak to them

We just got cleared from FR yesterday. Submitted the IRS form, did not hear from amex for close to two weeks, so decided to call our agent yesterday. She said let me go over the document's IRS sent us, and the only thing she looked at was the fact we had enough income to support our charges. She did not ask any questions if we have a business, or what kind of business etc (which i was worried about, since we do not have a business).
The lesson learned from this is make the charges gradually, not like me charging $7k in 7 days.
Good luck to all in similar situation, and do not stress over it, as long as you have the income you have reported during application.

Are financial reviews card specific or on all cards under your name, business and personal? (Meaning if I get reviewed will any of my amex cards work)

If let's say I can't submit the required proof of income, what happens to my points? And am I supposed to close down all my amex cards (I guess it depends on my first question)?

Generally all cards.
And if you fail, they should let you know and warn you that they will close the cards in 14 days, in that time you should transfer out the points and close them down yourself.

If you don't send in anything they're definitely going to shut you down. Anything you send in can only help.
