in the two FR's i had they didn't ask to w-2's. All i needed was to send them the signed form allowing them to pull specific return data from the IRS.

So I just got FR'd. I think because I'm super late on a gold card payment. My tax return from last year reflects my stated income however my current w-2s do not.

IME it's always the 4506-T form. Take that back I've done both.

got a message from amex, from 'Amex Open for BGR card'. I hope its not an FR. I think the FR comes from Amex financial services. My accounts are still active. I havent used this card in months and maybe they want to get me to use it?
Is it FR? If not do I have anything to gain or lose by calling?

All they wanted was to reach out to me as a 'high valued member" and see if I'm getting maximum benefits etc etc. He checked my MR balance and said wow you're really doing a good job- need any ideas for using those points? I shoulda told him I learned everything I need to know from DDF.

Now that I know I'm high valued, I'll apply more! I almost always get approved by Amex, besides for a good credit score, I have an online savings account with them and I'm sure they see that when they look at my account.

I passed an F/R with only 6500 on the books,... Got my PRG limited to 3, my business gold to 3 my biz platinum to 5 my starwood to 18700ish and 1 year later (a couple months ago) the limits we're automatically removed without even asking..
I recently closed the 3 business cards after getting approved for a 20k starwood 17900 delta and personal plat..
IMHO it pays to send in the docs and even shabby docs with just small money will keep you in business..

Well I called and the lady said and I quote, "if you send in the documents we will not close your accounts. We may limit some of the limits but not close them."
None hurt my credit score anyway as my only personal card was the PRG which is a charge card! The rest were business and they didn't even cut my starwoods credit line!

Just got a call from Amex. the lady was very nice, and after asking a few questions informed me she was doing a FR on my account.

She asked about a $1650 charge via paypal that showed up on my statement as PAYPAL *[my parent first name]* and send that this was a payment sent to someone associated with me.

I explained to her this payment was NOT to my mother, but to a contractor located in another country, and after a few minutes on hold she got back to me and informed that i am all good and accounts reinstated.

I do have an additional card on one of my amex accounts wit that first name, could that be the trigger?

I've been seeing reports about Amex subjecting card holders to financial reviews if they add too many additional users.

Can anyone advise me, what would be the safest way to add 10-12 users?
