The screenshot might be an issue, but I'd wait it out and see. That email is how I sent it as well, as the Nordic link is for new members only.

I believe it's as how they appear in your hertz account, but yes I did. We'll just have to wait a couple more days and see what happens

Yes, I saw that. This is what they gave me when I requested the status match. I didn't bother with it more since I never rent with them anyway.

Yes they match to Enterprise Plus Platinum as well.
I got Avis Preferred Plus from my PC status.
