Last night I status matched to National, and by this afternoon they matched me to EE.
Is it showing in your app? I got the confirmation email, but my app still shows exec.
Email clearly says that it takes 7 days to show up on account.
Its not showing. The email says it can take up to seven business days.
I emailed hertz at statusmatch@hertz.com, i believe thats the correct one. How long does it take to kick in? and how am i notified? do they email me or does it automatically show up?
The email is hertzstatusmatch@hertz.com I took a screenshot of the welcome to gold email that they sent me and that worked fine.
Well I won on this one...heard back from National, but nothing from Enterprise. After 7 days nothing was updated on either account, so I emailed National asking why it had not yet been updated. I got a response that they will look into both accounts and all the usual customer service scripts. Today I got this email.

I got 9 free days in total from National CS.. Didn't speak with them in a long time..
I did it in January. I sent an email to Profile.update@avisbudget.com with a picture of my Hertz President's Circle membership card, and my Avis account number. The first time I sent it I didn't get an answer. I resent it 10 days later and got a reply the next day that they upgraded my status.
