So here is a basic TR:
Day one: Stone Mountain Hike. Parking is $15 per car for the day to get into the park. There is a list of free things included in the parking pass like a stone museum, lots of hikes as well as the stone mountain hike. Additional activities are available for a fee.
Day two (Motze Shabbos): Downtown. Carriage ride around town. walked through Centennial Olympic Park to the Ferris wheel. the park has some art sculptures , fountains and other cool stuff. Drinks at sun dial which offers a 360 view of the city on the 73rd floor. It was extremely crowded though, and reservation was required even just for the bar.
Day Three: providence canyon. Its about a 2.5 hour drive from Atlanta but definitely worth it! aside for the amazing views of the canyon, you can actually hike down into the canyon floor, which is a great experience. Just for the kicks we crossed over to alabama. We Stopped in phoenix city at the border of Columbus and hung around there for a bit.
