The current Ink Bold offer which gets you 25k after $1 spent. And when you ask them to match it to 50k after $5k spent they give it immediately.

this what i got --required to do the spend when matched to the 60k

Congrats for your success!
My story was a bit different. I asked for 50k over the phone which I was granted before I spent the $5k, and when I asked for the additional 10k I was way ahead of $5k because I do the $10k spent so I get additional 25k to a total of 85k.
Either way this is the last time I ask Dan: UPDATE THE MAIN DD SITE AND REMOVE YOUR POST THAT THE IB MATCH IS DEAD.

MY SM said respond to THIS SECURE MESSAGE when spend is done within 93 days to be matched to the 60 K offer

I received the 25K after first spend statement .

As I said above, I got the second load of 25k by calling them, not SM. So that prob makes the difference.

I need to book now a UA mileage ticket, which credit card is best to pay for the taxes&fees?

The UA Mileage plus/explorer card? Chase Sapphire Pref (2x points?)? or Amex Premier Rewards gold (3x points?)?

Don't remember what, but there are some extra benefits you get when you book a UA ticket with MPE card.

MPE=2 miles at ~1.7 cents value=3.4 cents.
SP=2.14 UR at ~1.8 cents value=3.85 cents.
PRG=3 MR at ~1.6 cents value=4.8 cents.

Adjust values as needed to suit your needs.

Don't have experience with that, but on the card T&C it says you have to purchase the ticket with your UA card to get the first checked bag free. Maybe its just like all other Chase' T&C....
