Applying with a new FFN should be fine. No need to shut, recon can do that if need be.

so you can have 2 UA cards at once, with 2 diff. FF#s and get the signup bonus the '2nd' time

Think I am gonna apply for the UA explorer card for my wife tonight even though I just got it for her in February. Is that too quick to churn the same card? Wanna do a 2bm with BA

If you've closed it then it for sure should be ok IME. If not then they might deny based on the fact that you have the same product already and you'll have to deal with Recon.

I do not mind dealing with recon as I could say I want the visa, and either way I have credit I can shift over. Question is if there is a risk of not getting the signup bonus as it is such a short time between the churns?

I was doing a 2bm Chase SW and United and my SW went through and my United app accidentally had one digit off in phone #. It didn't accept app so I quickly tried again but it had blanked out some other info. It then timed out the app. Reopened the application and quickly filled everything in, but it winded up being about 4 mins after the SW app had gone in... think I'm going to get hit with 2 pulls? I don't think so but looking for an answer with some1 with experience...

just saw special offers for me at AMEX (im not a card member there, yet) and i see the amex plat 100k sign up bonus after 1k spend in 3 months. did anyone see or get this offer?

just wondering, i wanna hear what u guys say!
last week i app for 1. citiAA and got aprooved 2. and this motze shabbos i app for the chase UA, what is still pending!!
so what do u say should i go on and apply for this AMEX ( and maybe make already a 2bm with another card there)? or its to close to the other app i made?
or cuz its a diffrent company it dosent matter?

Need some general advice.

I've been an active DD follower and have gotten nice approvals and reaped great rewards.

What is the formula for a HEALTHY credit limit that will not raise any red flags etc.

So far Ive been approved for everything over the past year and I am afraid that it'll all come crashing down.

Hi -

I did a 3bm for Chase SP, Hyatt, and UniExp. I got approved for UniExp within a few days. I got rejected for Hyatt and SP. I want to push for reconsideration. Which number should I call and what should I say? Application reconsideration line or Credit Reallocation line?

What's the best strategy for this? The only other Chase card I have is Freedom and I don't want to close it. Should I try to move over some of the credit line to the other cards? Will they split my line over 4 total cards? Is there something else I should say to them? TIA

Just want to report - SM for $75 credit on the Hyatt card still works. You just need to reference the link to the application which comes with it. Don't use that app (i.e. support Dan) but you need to show them it's public.
