Log on to chase.com and click on secure message. Prob better to do 2 seperate SM. Just ask to be matched.

Hello all people here!
We have a few questions we wanna ask the professional folks here.
1. We have our credit card for about 29 years, and we pay our membership due every year and that cost us a lot of money, and now we would like to save the money to pay for the graduation present for our oldest granddaughter, so we found here that we might be able to have it removed by sending a secure message to the company.
But we couldn't find a way how to secure the message we send to them, so we asked our mailman how it would be really secured, and he told us that he would recommend to use what he calls 'certified mail', and he assured us that would be the most secure.
So, is this really the most secure way? Or UPS is more secured?

2. Our card is very scratched and we want a new one. Is it possible?
We are very confused which credit card company to call asking this question because our card has 2 companies, CitiBank and American Airlines, maybe its a mistake? Why did the printing company print 2 companies on one card?

3. We buy the Hannuka presents for our 5 grandchildren using our credit card, is it legal to use a card to buy a product not for our use? And if not, are grandchildren considered as part of us so its like we buy it for ourselves or not? (on this last question I believe its legal, but Raizy thinks otherwise).
