While I certainly appreciate the effort, I am not going to change my long-standing opinion (based on a number of different sources) simply because you claim to have read somewhere, sometime, that the 2-card-in-60-day policy of Citi/AA is a myth.

Dan has proven the limit is inaccurate either way.

I recall citi imposing a 2 card limit within any 60 day period. Is that only for Citi AA cards?

I've done a 3BM w/ Citi AA more than once. (Visa/Amex/Biz)
The only problem is if you don't get instantly approved they will tell you its because of the 2 card limit
But if your credit is good enough you can go for it.
Either way I would do it.
If you don't get them you'll only fight for two!
Which is all you would get from them either way
But as always YMMV!

there is a current offer for a 75 buck statement credit, you can get it by going to hyatt.com starting a booking and it should show up, but if you want to help support dan use his link and then sm, it may take some persistance though

Also can I SM before I make any purchases?
I am trying to delay my purchase so that my free nights expire later than sooner (BTW, anyone know the timeframe in which I have to make the purchase in order to receive the 2 free nights?)

Not sure if there is a set date. I know people have delayed 90 days but it might be worthwhile to include this question in your SM so you have proof

I pulled my wife's credit and there are quite a few cards of mine listed there, including ones that she's not an AU on. She herself has only 1 CC and poor credit.
1. How did they get on there?
2. Is this a negative or a positive for her?
