Does anyone know when Amex AU's can become an FR trigger and when are they safe to add?
In my case, I have an old Amex with 8 AU's on it and I just got 2 new Amex cards. I would like to add all same 8 AU's to the two new CC's.
Is this less of a risk because those names already exist as AU's within one of my CC's or would it carry the same risk as adding many new AU's (asuming 8 is many...)?

The question is based on the flawed assumption (no offense OP) that there's a magic number for AUs. (Most of) the F/R triggers are things that look risky/suspicious, and the more of those you've got likelier they'll actually hit you with an F/R when you trip a wire.

to buy the refundable AA ticket? you do it online on AA.com and buy domestic one way or roundtrip and pay with the citi aa card? Can cancel on AA.com without having to call?

As soon as it posts. Not IME.

Make sure its a refundable ticket. Can cancel online just make sure to click on request a refund after you cancel.
