As far as the deadline, in the past they've given me more time. Tell them that your working on putting together all the needed documents and that you need more time.
They aren't as tough as chase with the  30 day rule. Just let them know beforehand and they'll extend it.

Great, i will def keep you posted, i faxed in the 2 forms, they said the IRS form is OK, however the Bank Letter needs to be mailed, not faxed, so i am gonna put together the letters and mail them in

They told me the same thing, but other(s) have faxed both forms and got away with it

I was able to fax both. Was he able to give you the fax number? Here's the link to a 4506-T.

Dan, on the first page of this thread - by the Credit Card Links, you used to write near each card the annual fee.  That doesn't seem to be the case any more.  I didn't look at all the cards, but by the BA card, it doesn't mention the annual fee of $95.
It would be nice if I wouldn't have to click each link to find out if there's an annual fee on each card, every time I'm on a churning hunt .

I am trying to do a 2bm for chase Bold and Plus, but can only see the bonus details on the app in Chrome, not in FF or IE even after deleting cookies.
Is there a chance I won't get the bonus if it doesn't mention it on the app?

Does anyone know how to churn the SW card? Southwest.com isn't letting me create a new FFN. It keeps combining my new FFN I create with my old one immediately.

Two corrections:
A) At the UA explorer link you wrote "30K miles for spending $1", however after clicking the link (only read it after I used your link and applied ) I saw written on the application 30k after spending $1000!

B) The BA link was not yet corrected to say $95 Annual Fee..  Is that intentional([ly] misleading)? 
   (Please excuse me if my pointer is irritating, as that is not my intention )

I want to apply for an Amex account for my wife. She doesn't have a great credit history, its not bad just not "good".
I did a 3bm for her on chase 4 months ago and was only able to get get approved for 1 cc.
She got an offer in the mail recently from Amex for the Amex Blue Cash Everyday Card, with a $150 reward after spending $500.
Do you recommend I apply for this card and another or just start with this card?
Also the offer came under her maiden name, will this complicate anything?

I wouldn't choose that card necessarily.

sky why not just go for that one alone - he said she doesnt have good credit at least let her build it up with the blue (esp bec she was targeted for it) -  for three months and in 3 or so months go for a few more,

I wouldn't choose that card necessarily.

I don't know her score, but when I did the 3bm for chase (4 months ago) they gave her an 8k credit limit and didn't want to go higher (or more cards) "as she doesn't have credit history with such a high limit".
she has 2 other cards 1 has a $300 limit and the other $1500 she has those for about 2 years
