IIRC Amex insists on pulling even frozen.

Should I freeze, do the chase and citi card, unfreeze, and then do the AMEX cards?

Thanks

Let us know if you manage to get approved for both!
Will do. Is it harder to get approved for these lines in particular? I already have 25k credit with Chase over 3 cards.

Is it bad too have to much credit from a single bank? Like if someone has 10k, 7k, 5k, and 15k all on different card but they are all issues from chase? Would this be a problem?

Dont see why it should. As long as you keep the balance down on every card

I once read somewhere that banks also look @ total credit lines to income ratio and if u go over a certain % ( lets say ur income is $75k and ur credit lines from all lenders total $100k, then ur credit to income is 135%) then ur considered a higher risk.
anybody ever heard of this?

I have never heard of this. I have been reading around and what I hear is not to have too much credit on one line.

Not sure if theres a master thread on it but I think it comes out that freezing works with Chase and does not work with Citi and Amex. Not sure about others.
It's not about the quantity of your posts.  It's about the quality.

Even with chase it's a YMMV if they would automatically pull from other bureaus or you will need to ask them to do it, in which case it may result in two pulls.
