Applying for business credit card hits personal credit score, and closing has no personal score Effect. but does closing/churning business cards hurt the business? (creditworthyness or anything)

Was on the phone to cancel my BA card due to the AF posted on Dec. 1, so he said i can cancel the card and get refunded the AF

asked him to transfer the CL left on my account (only $500 cuz transferd already the rest last week) so he says that he cant , cuz the card must be 3 months, or cuz it needs to be not used 3 months(something like this) to transfer the whole CL,,

I closed down my BOA virgin atlantic card few months ago but have 4k miles there. Transfer to Hilton won't work becos  transfer is done in 5k increments.
But I got the BOA Hawain airline card so thought i can transfer the flying club miles to Hawaain account?
